Program Includes
Coaching to understand and then over come presentation anxiety. Work with a CD or MP3 with guided anxiety control techniques offering you a way to practice, and then achieve, control of the anxiety response mechanism that triggers your anxiety episodes. With practice, this leads to mastery over anxiety usually within 12 weeks.
You also will benefit from temperature training biofeedback which is a powerful tool to assist you to learn to control your anxiety response by helping you to shut down your “Sympathetic Nervous System” which triggers the anxiety response.
After mastery of stress management, you will be coached to “desensitize” yourself to the anxiety associated with presentations. You will be taught simple behavioral techniques which include breathing techniques and information regarding change your diet to assist in controlling/preventing your anxiety response. If necessary, you will be given coaching on creating and delivering effective presentations. |
