Analysis of past challenges with business transitions. Interviews with stakeholders and assessments may be employed. Clarification of expectations and goals setting. Program development specifically for your requirements.
Coaching and training is developed and then offered to understand and overcome the stress that creates a loss of focus and gets in the way of top performance during time of transitions and change. Discussion of principles change, including resistance to change and how to create better “buy-in” across the levels of the organization. Steps to reduce sabotage, reduce time for change process, increase communication to build a better business work environment, and how to motivate individuals, successfully, to move most efficiently toward goal.
May include work with multiple groups for training or coaching of key individuals.

Program Delivery
Often start with interviews to determine blocks to success. Many times the use of assessments are beneficial to better determine styles and values which may help or hinder your business success. Training is done on site. Coaching can be done in person (on site), at Executive Retreats (off site), or often on the telephone (which saves travel expenses and time.)
Training groups and coaching individuals begins offering the awareness necessary to transform to more successful habit patterns. Then the process of developing these skills as new habits can begin to take hold.
When necessary, you work individually with your CD/MP3 guided exercises and temperature training biofeedback, on your own time frame (though best results come daily practice.) When you master control over your habitual stress/anxiety response, then you move to the second critical step to defeat stress related business blocks.
After mastery of stress/anxiety management you receive additional coaching support, from the staff at the Stress Education Center via telephone or e-mail. This will help you “desensitize” yourself to the fear surrounding change and can include the tools you need to feel more confident when under going change.
On-going coaching support and accountability for you and your organization moving down the path toward your goals or greater success.
