Program Delivery
Most Coaching is done in a timely efficient manner, by telephone and email; 3-4 times per month.
These meetings are usually 30-45 minutes in length (but can be longer or shorter based on needs). More calls or meetings can be used in times of increased need.
Coaching usually begins with assessments to develop awareness of issues/needs, management and communication skills, and to build rapport with the coach.
